Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 servings

  • Cooking oil

  • 17.5 oz of minced meat

  • 9 oz of tomato sauce

  • 2.3 oz of oil or butter 

  • 2.3 oz of flour

  • Milk

  • 1 chopped up onion

  • 1 chopped up green pepper

  • 1/2 chopped up red pepper

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Salt

  • Green pepper

  • Oregano

  • Grated cheese

  • Lasagna pasta sheets

Instructions

  1. Add cooking oil to pan.
  2. Add chopped up onion, green pepper, red pepper, and garlic clovers.
  3. Sprinkle salt and green pepper on top.
  4. Stir ingredients around in pan. Add chicken.
  5. Add 17.5 oz of minced meat and mix.
  6. Add 9 oz of tomato sauce and sprinkle oregano on top.
  7. Stir and allow ingredients to cook for 30 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, on a separate pan add 2.3 oz of oil or butter. Turn heat on.
  9. Add 2.3 oz of flour.
  10. Mix well, over low heat.
  11. Add 3.5 oz of milk.
  12. Add another 6.8 oz of milk and mix.
  13. Add grated cheese and salt.
  14. Spread sauce on deep dish oven pan.
  15. Proceed to lay lasagna pasta sheets and spread evenly.
  16. Add cooked meat on top of lasagna sheets and spread evenly.
  17. Spread sauce evenly on top of meat.
  18. Add lasagna pasta sheets on top again.
  19. Repeat steps 18-20 to create additional layers.
  20. Add more sauce and grated cheese.
  21. Bake for 20 minutes on 390 Degrees / 200 Degrees Celsius
